Computer Science (CS) for Quips is a free computer science course for Aliquippa students in grades 6 and up. Students will learn the basics of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to build their own website.

BECOME A SPONSORThe 2024 Beaver County Juneteenth Festival, was held on June 15, 2024, at Community College of Beaver County. It is a vital, annual celebration of freedom and resilience inaugurated in 2020. Juneteenth commemorates a pivotal moment in American history, signifying the end of slavery. Originating from General Order No. 3 by Union General Gordon Granger on June 19, 1865, in Galveston, Texas, Juneteenth honors the resilience and endurance of the African American community. This date, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation, marked a significant stride towards racial equality and social justice. By recognizing and commemorating Juneteenth, we honor our ancestors' struggles, promote unity, understanding, and strive for a more equitable future for all Americans.
